Introduction: Graves’ and Hashimoto’s diseases are considered two extremes of the same autoimmune thyroid disease. Spontaneous conversion from hypothyroidism to hyperthyroidism is uncommon. On the other hand, Graves’ disease typically improves during pregnancy and worsens after delivery.
